  • Restorative Yoga
    Restorative Yoga restorative uses props like straps, blocks and blankets to assist with complete relaxation during each stretch
  • Beginner Level Classes
    Customized sessions are available for bridal parties, families, girls-get-aways and couples. Email for schedule and rates.  
  • Beach Yoga
    Bring a towel and get ready to wake-up with the sun. Classes are offered early morning at sunrise. Email to book your session.
